My initial thoughts about blogging were that it was a thing of the past. I was not really sure how it worked and what it is for. I have only seen blogs for recruiting in football so I assumed that it was some kind of news chatroom.

After searching the Internet and watching videos about blogging I have discovered that it is a much more broad world than just news chatrooms. I learned that you can blog about anything from personal branding to informal news all the way to cooking and lifestyle. This is what makes blogging unique, it had many different avenues and you can decide whether you want to make your own, follow as many as you’d like or both.

After reading about networked learning I came to the conclusion that it is essential in today’s world. With technology rapidly expanding into every facet of our lives it is only right that we move along with it in our communication. Relationships are one of the biggest parts of any network and you have to communicate to build one. “It’s not what you know, but who you know. (Anders, 2018).” I have always thoguht this is the most imporant part of network learning. It’s n ot about the what, it is about the who. People makes things happen, knowledge without relationships is useless.

What do you are important parts of network learning? Have you ever written a blog?
